Sponsored posts can be written by us or by you. Any content on The Thrifty Issue must be relevant to our audience, 95% of which is Australian mums aged 25 to 45 who are interested in ways to make and save money. We have almost 13,000 followers on Facebook, a highly engaged Instagram following and as of October 2020 we have around 70,000 views a month to the site. A full media kit is available upon request.
We do not accept ‘guest posts’ in the form of businesses aiming to get links. We do accept sponsored posts which adhere to Australian law and Google’s conditions for sponsored content. All our paid links are no follow and will be marked as sponsored with a disclosure.

Our audience loves freebies, discounts and giveaways. We are happy to review products, run giveaways or offer exclusive discount codes to our readers. We do have some terms and conditions around the products and reviews though and want to ensure everyone benefits from sharing your product/service with our readers.
As our readers are mostly Australian mums aged 25 to 45 products that would appeal to them, especially ones which can save them money or time are most popular.
Our staff at The Thrifty Issue have kids ranging from 0 to 14 years old. We are based around the country, though the owner of The Thrifty Issue is based in Noosa< Queensland with 6 and 13 year old daughters. She is also pregnant with a boy due in January 2021.

Attendance of events is by discretion. We receive numerous invites and as Kylie is based in Noosa, with other staff in Canberra and overseas, events need to be local or a travel fee will be incurred.
