Use the amazing savings today to get ahead for Christmas

Click Frenzy is now a thing and I’ve been getting notifications all morning about various sales, most 40% to 65% off, which if you are shopping for Christmas can be huge savings! Be aware, some are only valid for today (Tuesday 13th), others have different dates.

Where else I am shopping and what I am buying

The following stores don’t have specific discounts but they do have great options for Christmas gifts at fantastic prices. I am currently looking around for rollerblades and safety gear for my kids, camping gear for us as a family and options for some experiences here.

Book Depository – Cheapest For Books

My favourite places to get books is Book Depository. They’re cheap, shipping is free and usually fast. Plus, their customer service is fantastic if you ever have an issue. Some of the books I recommend include The Barefoot Investor, The Richest Man In Babylon, Lucky Bitch, The Big Leap or you can look at the 13 books all mums should read here.

Groupon

We love experiences and Groupon is a great place to get massive discounts on all sorts of attractions. We’ve done float tanks, ice skating, escape rooms, restaurants, comedy and more. They have everything from travel to beauty to restaurants and even items such as pillows.

Small Businesses

My aim this year is to support small businesses where possible. I know I have just given you a massive list of businesses, some of them are small Aussie businesses too though! Be conscious with how you shop. Big department stores don’t care as much as small businesses do when you shop with them. So where possible, shop with local and small businesses.
